Contact
Write to [email protected]. That mailbox is on this domain and is read by the editor. It is not a Gala Games support desk.
How to write
Email [email protected]. A useful note names the URL, quotes the sentence, and links the page that disagrees. If two official posts disagree, say so. We would rather show both than silently swap one for the other.
We do not take downloads, redeem codes, or investment questions as editorial work. Those pages already say what the public record supports. Abuse reports about a trademark go to the same address and are read as requests, not as an admission that any particular use is wrong.
Questions
What should a correction include?
The page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and a link to a public source. A screenshot of a help article is useful. A request to add a code or a download mirror is not.
Can you restore my account?
No. Account access sits with Gala. This mailbox only covers the archive.
How fast is a reply?
There is no published SLA. Editorial fixes land with a new checked date on the page.
