Privacy policy
This policy matches the scripts this site actually ships on 5 November 2026. It covers every third party that loads by default, every cookie and local-storage key we can name, how long each is kept, and how to turn the default off.
Who is responsible
The archive at https://championsarena.org is the controller for the contact mailbox and for the choice stored in your browser. Email [email protected]. We do not sell personal data and we do not run a login or an account system.
Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, Adsterra and YouTube act as independent processors or controllers for the data their scripts collect under their own policies. The sections below say what each one receives and how long it keeps it.
What loads by default
This site follows a default-on model. On a first visit, with no saved choice and Global Privacy Control off, the page loads Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Adsterra Native Banner, Adsterra Social Bar. YouTube loads only when you press Play on a video preview. The cookie banner appears at the same time to tell you and to offer Accept and Reject; it does not block those requests.
Accept keeps all of them on. Reject turns analytics, session recording, advertising and the YouTube player off, stores the denial for 180 days, and reloads the page so already-executed third-party code also stops. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner so you can change the choice. Global Privacy Control is treated as Reject even before you click.
The legal basis for the cookies and local storage described here is consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) where consent is required. Security, fraud prevention and aggregate measurement that do not rely on stored identifiers rest on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). You can withdraw consent at any time without losing access to the archive.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) loads on every page. The tag is G-CX12091CM1, property website_373_gameinfo_championsarena.org. Unless a saved Reject choice or Global Privacy Control disables it, the page loads gtag.js from www.googletagmanager.com and sends a page view to www.google-analytics.com and region1.google-analytics.com. The request includes your IP address, user agent, the page URL and the referring page. We see aggregate reports only and use them to count visits and see which guides are read.
GA4 may set the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_
Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), project z8s4u1veke ("Champions Arena Guide"), loads on every page by default. The loader requests www.clarity.ms/tag/z8s4u1veke and scripts.clarity.ms, then sends interaction and session-replay data to *.clarity.ms. Clarity may set the first-party cookies _clck (up to one year) and _clsk (up to one day), and short-lived cookies such as CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM to recognise a browser and stitch a session together.
A recording can include the pages you view, clicks, scrolling, device and browser details, and your IP address. Clarity masks text and form inputs by default; we do not configure it to capture keystrokes in form fields. Recording retention follows the Clarity project settings; this archive has not published a verified project-specific retention period. Reject calls Clarity's consent API with false, removes the loader, and prevents it from loading on later page views. Microsoft processes this data in the United States.
Adsterra advertising
Adsterra (Adsterra Network) loads on every page by default. Two units are installed: Native Banner unit 32103842, which requests https://bicea.org/21/b609b1163a5a3a0f06c1e3dcb1a6d6c7 and writes its creative into a container on the page, and Social Bar unit 32103843, which requests https://bicea.org/14/f0d36846fbaf5a2b3e7ceb65f0aba9b7 and renders the fixed sponsored bar at the bottom of the viewport. The bar has a local close button, and its closed state is remembered for 180 days.
Both scripts run from bicea.org and may contact the ad-serving domains named in their code and the creative hosts they select. Adsterra receives your IP address, user agent, referring page, the page URL and pseudonymous identifiers used for frequency capping, fraud prevention and ad measurement. It may set first-party cookies or localStorage entries including _esid, _eppk, _esbpk, _earpk, _earid, _epid, _eabid, _ger, _cepf, _iops, _bbrm, _odfl, __mfg_ck__, psid, and keys beginning sb_idelay_ or sb_onpage_. Because the snippets are served from bicea.org, Cloudflare may also set its __cf_bm bot-management cookie on that domain.
Adsterra controls the lifetime of its identifiers; the linked network policies describe retention, which can vary by creative and browser. The site does not impose a verified fixed expiry on network-managed identifiers. The legal basis is consent for advertising storage and personalised advertising, and legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and aggregate measurement. Reject stops the Adsterra loader and removes the units from this page view. Network-level opt-outs are available at https://adssettings.google.com/, https://optout.aboutads.info/, https://www.youronlinechoices.com/ and Adsterra's own privacy and cookie pages.
YouTube
Pages that carry a trailer show a preview hosted on this site. Pressing Play loads the YouTube player (Google LLC); before that click there are no video requests to YouTube. The player requests www.youtube.com and its player services, receives your IP address and browser information, and may set cookies such as VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE (about 180 days), YSC (session), PREF (about eight months) and CONSENT (up to two years). Google's retention is set by Google; we do not receive the viewing data.
Reject removes the player from the page and keeps it off on later page views, because it follows the same consent record as analytics and ads. The archive text, tables and images remain readable without the player. A direct watch link on YouTube is available as a fallback when scripts are blocked.
Cookies and local keys on this site
The table lists every first-party key we set ourselves and the third-party cookies we can name. Names controlled by an ad network can change; the network's own policy is the authoritative list.
| Item | Provider | Name | Purpose | Retention | Basis |

| Social Bar close | championsarena.org | ca_socialbar_closed_v1 (localStorage) | Keep the fixed ad bar closed | 180 days | Consent |

Your rights and changes
You can ask for a copy of mail you sent us, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to the contact address. We do not run a login, so there is no account file to export beyond that mailbox. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Global Privacy Control is honored by storing a denied choice before any loader runs. Do Not Track is not a reliable standard signal and is not used. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner; Reject is available there at any time. Clearing site data removes the 180-day record and the next visit starts from the default-on state again.
This policy changes by editing this page and its date. The date at the top is the date of the last substantive change; continued use after that date means you are looking at the new text.
Questions
Do analytics and ads load before I click Accept?
Yes. On a first visit with no stored choice, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra load with the page. The banner tells you and offers Accept and Reject; it is not a gate. Reject turns all three off and is remembered for 180 days.
What is ca_consent_v1?
A first-party localStorage key on this origin. It stores granted or denied plus an expiry 180 days out. It is not sent to a server by itself. Reject and Accept both write it, and Cookie settings can change it.
What is ca_socialbar_closed_v1?
A first-party localStorage key written when you close the Adsterra Social Bar. It keeps the bar closed for 180 days instead of letting it return on the next page view.
How do I opt out of personalized advertising?
Press Reject, or use Cookie settings at any time. Network-level choices are available at https://adssettings.google.com/, https://optout.aboutads.info/ and https://www.youronlinechoices.com/.
